我国内地出具的涉外公证书或其他证明文书送国外使用前,一般应先由外交部领事司或外交部委托的地方外办办理领事认证,再由文书使用国驻华使领馆办理领事认证。
The foreign-related notarization certificates or other supporting documents issued in the Mainland of China should generally be handled by the ConConsulate Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the local foreign office entrusted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before they are sent to foreign countries for use, and then by the embassies and consulates of the countries where the documents are used in China for consular certification.
